Stephanie is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner devoted to helping people feel more safe, healthy and alive by reconnecting to the wisdom the body holds.
We do this through somatic (body-based) practices, that incorporate physical movement, emotional intelligence, and cognitive restructuring.
Stephanie has 25 years of personal experience healing stress and trauma, and 6 years of professional experience.
